Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing 4VIA™. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered for customers in the United Kingdom.

1. Delivery Area

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only, and continuously working on expanding delivery markets. 

If and when we expand to other markets in future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

2. Order Processing

All orders are usually processed within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation email, excluding weekends and public holidays.

For same-day dispatch, the cut-off time is 3:30 PM UK time. Orders placed after this time will usually be processed on the next business day.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or bank holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any free shipping offer or threshold will also be shown at checkout where applicable.

4. Delivery Service and Timing

UK orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse using a tracked delivery service.

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in your dispatch confirmation email. These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Deliveries are typically made Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Delivery to certain areas, including the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man, may take longer and may be subject to additional surcharges.

During busy periods, some premium or express delivery services may be temporarily unavailable.

5. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this to check the status of your delivery.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become available after dispatch.

If you have not received your order within 14 days of receiving your dispatch confirmation email, please contact us at care@4viahealth.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.

6. Tracking and Delivery Monitoring

Once your order has been shipped, we strongly recommend monitoring the tracking information provided so you can follow your parcel’s progress and help ensure successful delivery.

7. Failed Delivery Claims

Any claim relating to a failed delivery must be submitted to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Unfortunately, we may not be able to investigate claims reported after this period.

8. Incorrect Addresses and Uncollected Parcels

Please make sure your delivery details are correct before placing your order.

If a parcel is returned to us because:

  • the address provided was incorrect or incomplete,
  • delivery was refused,
  • or the parcel was not collected from a pickup point within the required period,

we may deduct £7 from any refund to cover return carriage and handling costs.

9. Courier Delays and Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier network disruption, severe weather, transport delays, industrial action, or operational issues affecting the carrier.

If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend first checking the tracking information and contacting the courier directly where appropriate. If you still need help, please contact us at care@4viahealth.com and we will do our best to assist.

10. Damaged or Faulty Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us as soon as possible at care@4viahealth.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

We handle these cases individually and will do our best to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
