Why are there two formulas?
Because a routine that only looks after the day leaves half of it out. Intelligent Systems Nutrition™ is the morning formula; Rest Phase™ completes the routine at night with magnesium, zinc and copper bisglycinates, a seven-botanical blend, PQQ and myo-inositol. You can take Intelligent Systems Nutrition™ on its own, but the routine is designed as Morning + Night.
Is 4VIA clinically dosed?
Some ingredients are at the amount used in published research†, for example saffron 30 mg, astaxanthin 4 mg and PQQ 10 mg. Others are deliberately lower than single-ingredient studies, because 4VIA is made to be taken every day, for years, alongside everything else in the formula. Every vitamin and mineral stays within established safe upper levels.
Is 4VIA clinically proven?
No, and we won't claim it is. 4VIA has not been tested in a clinical trial as a finished product. What we can say: the vitamins and minerals carry authorised health claims, some doses match amounts used in published research†, and every batch is tested for quality and safety. Does 4VIA contain live cultures?
Yes. Intelligent Systems Nutrition™ contains 10 billion CFU from five cultures (Bacillus coagulans, Bacillus subtilis, Bifidobacterium lactis, Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus and Lactobacillus acidophilus), counted at the end of shelf life, not the day it's made.
Does 4VIA contain caffeine?

Is Rest Phase™ a sleeping pill? Does it contain melatonin?
No to both. Rest Phase™ is a melatonin-free night food supplement. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigueᴿ¹ and to the normal functioning of the nervous systemᴿ².
How do I take 4VIA?
In the morning, mix one scoop (15 g) of Intelligent Systems Nutrition™ with 300–400 ml of cold water and shake. In the night, take two Rest Phase™ capsules, about an hour before bed.
Can I take more than one scoop a day?
No. Don't exceed one 15 g scoop of Intelligent Systems Nutrition™ and two Rest Phase™ capsules a day.

Can I take 4VIA with medication?

This is especially important for anticoagulants such as warfarin (Intelligent Systems Nutrition™ contains vitamin K2), antidepressants including SSRIs, additional vitamin D, or treatment that requires monitoring potassium or iodine.
Can I take 4VIA during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
No. 4VIA isn't suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Is 4VIA vegan?
Yes. Both formulas are suitable for vegans. Our DHA omega-3 comes from microalgae, not fish.
Is 4VIA gluten-free?
Intelligent Systems Nutrition™ contains wheat (wheat germ extract), and every batch is tested for gluten, below 20 mg/kg. If you have coeliac disease or a wheat allergy, speak to your doctor first.

Intelligent Systems Nutrition™ contains wheat (wheat germ extract) and soy-derived ingredients. It's made without dairy or peanuts, every batch is tested for peanut and soy, and no other major allergens are handled in the facility.
Does it contain sugar or sweeteners?
No added sugar. It's sweetened with stevia (steviol glycosides, including Reb M), with no artificial sweeteners, colours or preservatives.
