Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations work for 4VIA™ subscriptions, preorder subscription offers, and other recurring purchase options. It should be read together with our Refund & Returns Policy.

  1. Subscription billing

When you purchase a 4VIA™ subscription, you agree to recurring billing at the price, frequency, and product selection shown at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions renew every 4 weeks and your selected payment method will be charged automatically on each renewal date until you cancel, pause, skip, or make changes to your subscription.

  1. Managing your subscription

You can manage your subscription through your customer account portal, where available. This may include options to cancel, pause, skip a delivery, update your payment method, or change your delivery address.

  1. Cancelling, pausing, skipping, or making changes

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

To avoid being charged for your next renewal, please cancel, pause, skip, or make changes to your subscription at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

Cancellation applies to future renewals only. It does not automatically cancel, refund, or stop any order that has already been processed, picked, packed, dispatched, or otherwise started processing by our warehouse.

  1. Renewal orders already processed

If a renewal order has already been processed, please contact us as soon as possible at care@4viahealth.com.

If the order has not yet been fulfilled, we will try to cancel or amend it. If the order has already been picked, packed, dispatched, or otherwise started processing by our warehouse, it may not be possible to cancel or amend that shipment.

  1. Preorder subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription during a preorder period, your first payment may be taken at checkout to reserve your first shipment.

Where possible, your next subscription renewal will not be charged until approximately 4 weeks after your first order has been fulfilled or shipped, unless a different renewal date is clearly shown at checkout or in your subscription account.

If preorder dates change, we will update customers where appropriate.

  1. Founder’s Access, gifts, and introductory offers

From time to time, 4VIA™ may offer introductory benefits with a subscription, such as a complimentary product, Starter Kit, tote bag, discount, or other gift.

These offers are subject to availability and may be changed, substituted, or withdrawn before purchase.

Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, complimentary items included in your first shipment are introductory benefits only and are not automatically included free in every future renewal.

  1. First subscription order, returns, and the 30-day money-back guarantee

Your first subscription delivery may still be covered by your legal cancellation rights and, where advertised, our 30-day money-back guarantee.

For UK customers buying online, you normally have the right to cancel your first order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

Where the 30-day money-back guarantee is advertised, it applies in accordance with the terms set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.

For health protection and hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed food supplement products cannot usually be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, not as described, or unless we specifically approve a refund under the 30-day money-back guarantee.

  1. Returns and refunds for subscription orders

Returns and refunds for subscription orders are handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies only where clearly advertised and, unless otherwise stated, applies to first purchases only. It does not usually apply to repeat purchases or renewal subscription orders after the first delivery.

If a refund is due, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  1. Failed payments

If a subscription payment fails, we may attempt to process the payment again and/or contact you to update your payment details.

Your subscription may be paused or cancelled if payment cannot be collected.
